At 32 Degrees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
